I am hoping Gobo just did not have a seizure, but something weird just happened:

I was in the ratroom cleaning and i heard noise coming from Gobo's cage like he was digging or pushing stuff around. I looked in and he was in his house and every few seconds he would jump a little. He came out of his house and was moving around the cage and doing this little hop every few seconds. He looked a little distressed as he was doing this.

I took him out of the cage and he is resting/sleeping in my arms.

Gobo is almost 2.

What does a seizure look like?

Thanks,

Tara

He does sound like he was being silly. You should see my nakies at 34 months. How did he look distressed, eyes wide open and a bit buggy?

that also could be part of the silliness.

Well that's much better that a seizure! Few! He has seemed very happy lately - he has been boggling like crazy and i have never seen him do that before.

Could it be possible he is happier on his own? (He is getting out time with the younger rats but living in his own cage)
