Yea I called them, their slogan is misleading "small animal's" are prob. small dog's for them...they don't do rat's.

So only Vet in Orleans still is the Cumberland Vet!

Small animals is cats and dogs, you're forgetting all vets train to treat cats, dogs, horses, cows, and chickens(?). Places that treat rats usually advertise they treat small exotics or pocket pets.
