My 21 month old buck was to the vet a few weeks ago because of sneezing and was prescribed baytril. After the meds were used up he still had symptoms and also began to shake his head a lot more often, I cleaned his ears but it didn't seem to help, and they didn't look dirty. Went to the vet again today, and saw a different doctor at the same practice who said his ears were clear and he may have been trying to just clear his sinuses. He is now on Amoxicillin, and I hope this will make him feel better. So is this a respiratory infection? Does it have anything to do with mycoplasma? What do you guys think?

It can take up to 6 weeks of meds before it clears up. As for shaking his head watch him in case it's an ear infection.
