treating rats with Bimectin(horse wormer)

Well i need to know i treated some of the rats maybe two to three weeks ago with Revolution i thought i had enough for all of them but i did not(the hairless) so i went out and bought Bimectin(Ivermectin horse wormer) the brand is listed on rat health guide too.

My question is should i retreat the rats i did treat with rev? the scars on them have not gone away nether im just making sure its safe to treat them again now with this.

I know for 3 weeks;once a week treatments and such

I'd wait to do all of them after it's been a month for those with Revo.
