I Have two girls that are our sisters that are about 8 months old now. They get along great but just recently Brandy my little beige ratty has been getting a little more aggressive with her sister bacardi. When they play fight Brandy is always the one giving in. She will always be the one pinned and groomed. She is a little smaller than her sister. Brandy recently has been going up to Bacardi and biting her on the ear resulting in loud squeals. It doesn't happen in just one section of the cage. There has been no changes in their diet or cage environment. They are in a roomy cage with 3 levels, lot's of climbing space and toys to keep them busy. Is Brandy just trying to gain some dominance? Any suggestions on how to stop this behaviour or what to do if it get's more heated?
