Squeaking Noises?

My rat has occasionally been making squeaking noises, and when I touch her, her body shakes a little bit like she is hiccuping. Do rats hiccup? It is not regular with her breathing, and she isn't scared when it happens. She just did it a couple of times when she was lying around. She seems fine otherwise. Do you know what could be happening?

Rats can hiccup, but you said she shakes when you touch her? I am wondering if she is in heat and is vibrating like they do. Does she arch or wiggle her tail or ears?

She doesn't really arch her back or anything. How long can they be in heat? I don't think I would be able to take a video because she doesn't do it very often, but if I can I will put it on here.
