Spay first, or find new buddy first?

My little girl Sophie is nearing the 4-month old mark, so I'm planning on getting her spayed in April. HOWEVER, I'm hoping to find her a similarly aged neutered male to be her buddy once we move to our new apartment in a couple of weeks. Being the youngest of my crew, she has too much energy for everyone else and I know she'd greatly benefit having a playmate her own age.

Should I go ahead and find her a buddy, or should I wait until after she's been spayed and healed up?

I'd probably wait until she's spayed...so long as it gets done soon enough.

Yeah, get her spayed, and then if the boy you adopt isn't already neutered, it wont be a super rush situation (and you wont have to wait post-neuter to intro)
