I'm not positive on which boy, but I have a pretty good idea that it's either Smeagol or Hoggle, but one of them is having very soft poops. They eventually dry up, but right from the start they're very mushy and a bit stinky...I got walked on all over with some today :sick2: but I can't figure from what. They're staple is Extrusion and they normally get some frozen (microwaved) peas and occasionally some Romaine and carrots every to every other day. They haven't had any fruit as we only really keep apples all the time, and they didn't like them. They had a small handful of cheerios tossed on the bed for a treat while I was cleaning their cage yesterday, but they haven't had any cheerios in probably two weeks. Is there something I should be looking out for?

When Trouble first came here, he had a small amount on porph constantly around his right eye that he dug at a lot. Since moving into the CN with the boys, it's been clearing up pretty well. I noticed a couple of days ago the smeeze boys have started getting it on the same eye, Smeagol more than Hoggle, and was curious if this could be something contagious in any way? I know porph itself is a sign of stress from something else, but it seems very odd to me that they are getting it on the same eye, etc...?

Getting porph on the same eye is probably just a coincidence.
Anything new at home that could have spooked the little guy? New pet? cage change?

I had cleaned the cage the day before. Would that do it? I also have my roommates ferret in here and I let him run around while I clean out his cage, but he doesn't bother with them and I watch him very closely...Would that cause it possibly?

The ferret running around in the room, is that new? If so then yes. That's what's doing it. But they should get used to it. Same thing happened to my Doc when I got the kitten. He would just freeze in place and stayed hidden for some time. After a couple of days he was ok. But... if say the ferret only shows up once a week, then you might have to deal with this each and every time.

It's relatively new cuz we were in a different bedroom before so I guess that might explain it, cuz I haven't let him run around my room since and last time they were out I didn't get the mess...I was just wanting to be sure it's not from too much peas or something cuz that's they're fav and I don't have too much else on hand for them right now lol
