Mishka is on Metacam, the bottle reads "once daily or as needed". She seems to be moving like her typical old, fat self.

She is drinking and eating, although I don't see her eating the rat blocks as frequently as before.

Should I continue with the metacam? I don't notice her declining before the daily dose. I don't want her to be uncomfortable but I also don't want to stress her by giving meds if not needed. She is also on doxy twice daily (preventative).

I really am amazed at how well she is given what she looked like on Thursday night. :joy:

Miss a dose and see if she declines (she is at the "as needed" part of the program), if she doesn't you can either give her smaller doses or see if she needs it at all.
