Red was weird tonight

My rat tonight was not herself. A usually pretty chill rat, occasionally getting hyper but nothing crazy. But tonight she was running around really fast. she would kiss me if i put my hand to her but even if i made a slow movement she would run away back under my dresser. her hair is sticking up too!
Whats going on?

How old is she and could she be in pain? Listen to her lungs if they sound congested. It almost seems like she's doing the panic run when rats have a hard time breathing.
