Red "Pimples" at base of tail

Roosevelt was treated w/ rev a little over a month ago (so it shouldn't be mite related) But he has these red bumps only by the base of his tail, no where else. It's about 5 or so, very small pimple like.

Any suggestions?

Jo had mentioned there might be something around here, but sadly I can't find it. If some one knows of the post she was referring to that would be awesome.

i think I would be tempted to give another treatment of revolution.....just in case....

I wish I could remember who it was here who had this. Ugh... my memory sucks.
I wonder if it could be fungi?
