Rats and human Kisses?

My girls are obsessed with with getting human kisses, they have even gone as far as trying to clean my teeth before. It feels weird having a ratty lick you teeth :giggle:
Is it ok to let them do this?
Perfect example they love it especially when my partner has a beard lol.

But as for the teeth, I don't let mine lick my teeth. Your mouth and teeth are full of bacteria so I don't think it's healthy for the rats to lick that off. I'm not saying it's harmful, I'd just rather not expose my rats to that.

Thanks Jo, I thought it might have been iffy letting them have kisses, I'll have to stop them. I found the teeth thing funny and cute at the time but not going to let her do it again.
Least they can still groom my partners beard lol.

I let my rats kiss me on the lips and I kiss them on their faces. My boyfriend thinks it's gross and wont let them kiss his lips, but they do groom his beard, hehe. My older girl, Navi, loves kisses. She lets me cradle her in my hands and when I kiss her face she closes her eyes and looks sooo sweet.

Rats love to groom ears, teeth, and noses but the thought grosses me right out. So I have never let any of them do that to me.
