rat with rattling sounds (lungs)

I can't get Brenna to a vet til tomorrow but she's got rattling lung sounds and is a tiny bit pouffy

I have some baytril, if I were to start her on that right away, what dose would I use for her?

she's 499 grams, or roughly one pound

the rat guide gives a range, should I use the highest one or mid range or........?

What is the concentration of your Baytril?
I currently have a boy who is roughly a lb. on 0.2 of 25mg/ml of Baytril.
