Well, my Dad finally gave us dates that we could use to plan our vacation! If you can believe it, on July 1st he mentioned he had to go to London on the 4th, and why didn't we just go with him? (You can imagine my spluttering about trying to get the Pips a place to stay and having to pack/plan/pack/plan/PACK!). So obviously that didn't happen, thank goodness!

But we do finally have dates! We're going for one week in Paris, one week in London - my first time in Europe, which I'm really looking forward to. Technically we're flying out the 23rd in the evening, returning on the 8th, but I added a day on either end so that there'd be time to drop them off and pick them up.

As with the bed bug situation, I'm more than happy to pay for any care of my girls! I can provide food, and would definitely provide treats. Unfortunately I only have a single CN (which isn't really portable per se), so they'd probably have to live in a cage the rat-sitter has - they spent a week or two at Shel's in an R-680 with Mr. Honeycomb and seemed perfectly content. I can handle transportation to and from, as well. :)

This is a baby photo of them, but they're just as sweet now as then!

If I wasn't away for a week within there (going home to Newfoundland!), I would LOVE to have them back at my place. I haven't seen them since they were the size in that picture!!

It shouldn't be too hard to find a temp home for these lovelies!

Thankfully the bed bugs were a while back, Sharlee, lol And believe me, I'm glad to see the back of them!

My sister kindly 'invited' them over in May, so early June Shelagh took the Pips and Mr. H in because the sprays they use are semi/entirely toxic, and Mr. H. had weak lungs.

I'm going to take photos when I get back to Toronto tomorrow night, Liz (I'm up at my grandmother's, and my sister is caring for them in the meantime) - they've definitely grown, and if anything they've only grown sweeter with time. :) You raised some very nice ratties!
