I got a new baby male and a new baby female to introduce to my current boys and girls (separately of course!) The current girls are about 12 weeks old and the boys are about 18 weeks. I was wondering if introducing them to a baby will be easier since they aren't full grown adults. Thank you!!!!! :D

It depends on how the babies are... Sadly boys at 18 weeks can be very large and they can be hormonal already at that age.

In that case, I will probably just be super careful when I introduce them on neutral ground for the first time! Thank you!

I would definitely wait till your babies are at the very least 8 weeks old. Accidents can happen with big males and small fragile babies.
The girls, I would think is fine.

unless your girls are brats like the ones i have here that age, then wait till they are 8 weeks too lol
