Question about Doxyvet

Hi! This may be a stupid question but I must ask. I usually get Doxycycline Suspension 50MG/ML from my vet but this time I picked up a bottle of Doxyvet Liquid instead (Doxycycline 50MG/ML). My rattie has been prescribed 0.04 ML/CC twice a day for the Doxycycline Suspension, so would the dosage be the same for the Doxyvet? The reason I ask is, the Doxyvet bottle directions only mention mixing the Doxyvet with water. Can't I just give it to her undiluted in an oral syringe? I don't have any trouble giving her meds with an oral syringe and I would prefer to do it that way if possible. Is it okay to give it to her straight from the bottle, not mixed with water, and will it be the same dosage? My rattie weighs about 430 grams. Thank you!

If you mix with water it won't be the right dose.

Doxyvet is Doxycyline I believe.

Is the Doxyvet 50mg/ml as well? If so, then yes, you would give the same dose.

hey i just discovered doxyvet liquid i was thinking of buying it. did u get it from the internet? what site im not sure which one to trust. did it work on your rats just like regular doxycyclin?
