No, you get pnemonia if you are sick and it goes into your lungs. Your kids might be able to get whatever made you sick (I'm not up on what bugs are contagious between us) but pnemonia is not a bug in itself. It can really mess you up tho, I hope you are on antibiotics and taking it easy as you can. I've had it 3 or 4 times and you don't always know how bad you are til you push it. Hard to look after someone else when you're sick yourself so put yourself first for a while for their sake.
