Peeing blood

I woke up this morning find that one of my boys is peeing blood(pretty certain it is Polar but I will watch during out time tonight and try to make sure). He still seems to be fine,not looking sick at all. He will be going to the vet tomorrow but I am wonder if anyone has any idea what might be wrong.

I would suspect a UTI.

If its definitely blood in the urine, I concur with eagle on a UTI. They clear up pretty easily with the right antibiotics

I have checked everyone over for injures and it is seems to be in the urine for sure.Any idea what is normally(or best) prescribed for uti ?

The only ones I have treated so far are for my piggies, but they were treated successfully with Baytril

My bunny had a serious UTI recently and she got Baytril and Metrodanizole (she was on Baytril already when she started peeing blood) and that helped her a LOT. I think Chlorpalm also seems to help with UTIs in rats.

Polar was prescribed chloropalm yesterday and seems to be feeling more like himself all ready after only 4 doses,Thanks for the help everyone.
