Orville is barbering his own arms - what to do?

I'm 90% certain that Orville is barbering his arms - the right one is completely devoid of fur, and the left one is heading down the same path.

Is that indicative of some sort of health problem? Or is he bored? Don't know if I can fit more toys in the CN.

I've had a few rats over the years do that. Unless it's bleeding, I'd leave it alone.
We've determined in the past that it seems to be due to a number of factors mainly boredom or stress or pain.
