Olive was malnurished and very small for her age when I rescued her.
She now has gained weight and looks healthy.
I also have noticed that she has white fur growing in on her forlegs.(quite a bit)
Also on her back like a fuzzy peach.
Olive has a dot of fur on her face like a beauty mark as well.
Is this normal?
Not too worried just curious.

I've heard of rexes moulting and having odd phenomena with their coats, but I dunno about your Olive. Finally stabilizing on a good diet could contribute. Several of the boys with black hoods that I've rescued came to me thin and kinda rough around the edges, their fur definitely thickened up and the rust brown hoods eventually turned a darker, healthier looking shade. Perhaps your Olive is going through some sort of similar change.

That fur will likely reduce in time...she's just a young'un, and I have had many nakies go through changes here....Rhesus was a hairy little dude when he got here.
