Neo-Tec Air Purifier

I picked up this air purifier at Frenchy's for very cheap. I'm not sure if it works because I have to find a power cord. Anyone know if I have everything I need for it here? And if this brand is any good? And if its 'Anion Generator' is safe for the animals? I really have no idea what that last thing is.

I think I remember reading that you can't use an air purifier with an ion emitter.

I read that ion emitters are unsafe back when I was researching air purifiers on the internet, etc.
Air purifiers with hepa filters are the ones recommended as safe and effective.

Alas. I remember the ion generator thing too. I didn't connect anion and ion. Too bad. If it works I might at least resell it.
