Neglecting Babies?

Luna had 10 babies last night, and wherever she goes in the cage she only takes one of them. She seems to not even care about the other 9 that are there, and just burries under the fleece when the babies are in the "nest".

Why won't she take care of her babies?

Give her some time. She will probably come around. Just leave her in a nice quiet, dim room. Maybe also put a blanket over her cage.

All you can do at this point is leave her to figure it out. She puts that one baby elsewhere and leaves the other 9 in the nest?

Watch for milkbellies, they are the ultimate good sign

She's doing much better today, i guess i was paranoid from when Hershey's three past away.
All 10 have milkbellies, so she's going to be alright i'd say.
