Need Help!!!

I need your help. I have four females and one of them is peeing tinted with blood. I am not sure who.. and dont know how to tell... or could it be blood from being in heat?

are there any other symptoms? is she lethargic, is she eating/drinking, is she being unusually nippy?

Rats don't menstruate so that is out.

There are 2 possibilities...a UTI (urinary tract infection, where usually the first symptom is blood in the urine) or vaginal bleeding which is more serious. If you are sure its in her urine, then she will need a vet and antibiotics but UTI's usually clear up easily.

I dont see anyblood on there whoohoo..so i will be calling Dr. Dennis tomorrow. Hopefully he will take a payment option. I am so low on cash right now.

You might have to put each one in turn in a place with a pale cloth, and see how many of them have the problem. I once had three little sisters who all had urinary infections at the same time. One of them had lost a lot of blood. If it hadn't been for Zithromycin I don't think the girls would have survived.

I was jus going to say that Godmother, I used a white cloth diaper and placed them on it one at a time. Doesn't take long to find the guilty party.
