My rats hate my mom

Heyy all,

I noticed that my two new rats : Kamchie and Azury are cool with anyone except my mom. When they hear her voice, they go nuts. One time, Kamchie even tried to dig in my shirt to get far from my mom's voice. I was just wondering why they we're doing that? Is it just my mom's voice they don't like? :giggle:

Does your mom have a nasal or high pitch voice? If not, then I would say it's her scent that they may not relate too.
Have mom give them treats and speak more softly to them. Does she like your rats?

My mum feeds my boys sneaky treats when im not around, so as soon as they hear / see / smell her they run out and start going nuts until she goes over to them

Maybe it'S just her voice. But PooPoo, Yuki and Zumi are very relaxed with her talking to them so it's weird.
