First, a little back story... I adopted Bordeaux and her 2 sisters from Rattie Ratz Rescue in late March of this year. A week or so prior to me adopting them, Bordeaux went through surgery to remove 2 masses and the stitches came out the first week of April, as well as her sister having a suspected melanoma removed, but she has been lump-free since. Because they both went through surgery and the 3rd sister had a case of the sniffles, the rescue classified them as "special needs" and provide medical care post-adoption. Another lump started growing on Bordeaux in the same area so I contacted the rescue. They set an apt. for her and she went in for another surgery May 1st where she had the lump and a Lymph Node removed.
Well... now she has ANOTHER lump in the same area which has grown pretty sizable and a new teeny (smaller than pea sized) lump an inch or two away from the large one I found while feeling around. Both I and the Rescue are at a loss as to what to do for her now since she's already been through 2 surgeries in 3-4 months, and she just keeps growing more lumps... The fur on her rump is getting thin and patchy as well as her prior surgery sites not fully growing hair back so I'm assuming her hair loss/thinness is either from stress, the surgeries, or her barbering herself (which could be stress related). Here's the most recent picture I have of the lump:

You can see, it's on her side right next to her arm. I believe the scratch above it was self-inflicted when she was grooming or rough-housing something because it's healed now and is just a surface scratch, probably from lack of hair from her prior surgeries. (I can only imagine how much nakeys get scratched...) Basically, I'm just looking for options. What can I do to help this little girl? She's still happy and active. Thankfully the lump is in more of an "out of the way" spot and doesn't seem to bother her other than when she's trying to groom around it, but her sisters help her out with that. I've gotten the suggestion on another forum to have her spayed but the rescue only really spays when absolutely necessary... If that's really all I can do, then please don't hesitate to emphasize this. I'm posting on several other forums as well to get as many opinions as possible. If it's unanimous that spaying would be the only really helpful thing at this point, hopefully the rescue will agree.
I've also heard that antioxidants are helpful to prevent cancer, but could it possibly slow down the existing tumors growth as well? I will probably try and get some good antioxidants for her and her sisters just in case, but could anyone recommend any good foods or supplements? I've also heard mixed opinions on Soy...
Thank you for reading all this too. I just want my little Bordeaux to be alright... She's the alpha of the 3 and her sisters need her. She's also the good influence when it comes to intros/playtime with my boys. Her estimated DOB was May of last year, putting her at just over a year old. Way too young to be dealing with all this, and definitely way too young to give up on her. Especially since she's still so active and happy... I just need to know, What would you do if you were me? And how could I tell when she's had enough? I don't know how many more surgeries she can handle so close together, and just removing the lumps seems to just be a temporary solution... T-T I just want her to be alright, or at least keep her comfortable as long as possible.
