my kids got mites, and so I've treated them with revolution

I cleaned their cage and the spare cage really well but didn't think to clean the rat room play area

  :gaah:

so it seems like these critters are taking too long to be GONE

when you do the cleaning, does the laundry have to be washed in hot water or will adding a tiny bit of bleach work?

I know about the freezing for paper and wood and litter but I've forgotten what gets rid of them as far as washing things goes

pffffffffft

I would think bleach or hot water should work. But the beauty of Revolution is that it works for a month which means the cycle has gone through each stage for buggies, killing each one. So no need to go too nuts on the cleaning.

oh whew! I've got to stop using so many old blankets and sheets for them in the playroom!! :giggle:

I've been working my way thru a mountain of laundry today and have the tub and kitchen sink full of toys to wash

boy, they've got a lot of stuff!!!
