Maddy & Lexi are being spayed this morning

Maddy developed a lump last month that is likely a mammary tumour. Now that they are healthy and that we have estimated their ages at about 18 months, it is time.


Of course, I am nervous.... anic: Please send healing vibes to my girlies!

The girls were picked up and are doing ok
Here they are eating boiled egg just after arriving from the vets

They explored a bit and then burrowed in under the blankets for a nap.

Sweet girlies felt more relaxed once home in their own cage. They ate a bit and have been sleeping. Incisions look good.
