Lucky was given to me by a women who was very overwhelmed with her rescue and didn't have time to socialize him. He was separated from his cagemates for constant fighting, and badly maimed a young rat during an intro, so he was finally handed over to me. He was very wary and untrusting of people, and terrified of other rats. He warmed up to me eventually, but needed a neuter to get along with other rats. He is now a bouncy, happy-go-lucky little man living with his best friend Sidney. The change in him has been incredible. Hooray for happy endings.
