Kamile ate a cricket help!

Is this bad for her? I was feeding my green Anole crickets and one of them hopped into kamiles(my female rat) cage and she just ran straight at it and tore it apart. I took it away from her as fast as I could but she already ate like more than 3/4 of it.

These crickets were bought from Petco and were more than average size since I have an adult male Green Anole to feed.

She should be OK, ecpecially since crickets specially bred at pet stores "should" be parasite free. Don't worry, even if she ate a wild one she wouldn't be poisoned or anything by it, except that she may get buggers. My rat once found a dead palmetto bug. ;x
