Ivermectin with Baytril and Metacam?

Is it ok to give Ivermectin at the same time as Baytril and Metacam? We're still trying to get rid of the Mange our boys have had for 5+ weeks, it was getting better but now Dom is all bloody again(could be bites, could be mites - we never see them happen), and he and Quilt have strange brownish crusts on the tips of ears(new symptom, not even sure if its from the mites), so we want to keep medicating everyone - But Gregory was just neutered. Should we hold off on his dose for a week or so?

I'm pretty sure it's safe. I've had my rats on meds and my vet OKed the ivermectin.

Is it a certain kind of Ivermectin to use on rats or is their just one kind? And does it go by weight?
