Is this bumblefoot? Something else? Pic included

Well, Mojo arrived at my house two days ago. The very next morning I noticed his wrist looked a little swollen, so I checked it out underneath and it has this white ulcer-like thing. Is this a very early case of bumblefoot, or could it be an abscess? What can I do to treat it?

No, Bumblefoot is a swelling on the large pad (heel). My eyes aren't great but that looks more like a little injury (maybe to a toe?). I'd dip in epsom salt water (if it doesn't seem to hurt) just 30 seconds once a day for a few days then let it heal on it's own as long as you don't see swelling or it starts to smell.

I've never seen bumblefoot on the front paws... I'm guessing she got it cut and it got infected. It doesn't look that bad now though, maybe like a blister?
