Ideas for taking liquid medicine? Rat won’t take meds

Hi all, Poor Violet likely has double cancer - lung and uterine. Or a lung abscess and pyometria. Still waiting for the final xray results. In the meantime, I started nebulizing albuterol and three additional medications - enrofloxacin, doxycycline, and prednisone. I’ve been treating on and off URIs for months with a piece of bread and she loved it. She still seems in really good spirits. But she must be sick of bread or one of the medications. does anyone have any suggestions?

baby cereal, mixing with syrup in a syringe, any food that is strong and sweet and covers the taste. Bread might not be able to do that for these ones.
