So I got an email today from her, answering a few questions I had...
1) She does neuters and has done many already.
2) She sedates, gases and then administers a needle for euthanasia.
3) And she will correspond by email with me instead of me calling everyday or two with questions while she's in surgery lol
The cons?
1) She doesn't do teeth trimming.
2) She does not do spays
She says shes never had someone ask for them and isn't comfortable and usually sends people 6 hours away to a vet in Halifax for things shes not comfortable doing. BUT she plans on offering these once she is comfortable with them.
My old vet did nothing much more than offer meds, everything else was a "I don't do that".
I think I will add her to the list of vets on the rat shack.
