I need help now please ...

Right now i have a 9week old Dumbo rat and not sure who or what forum topic to be on .he has just fallen from his shelf and i think he has a compound fracture of his hind leg.it,s just hanging there and not bleeding much .I was a vet.s assistant many yrs ago so i know what to do most of the time but now with it being so delicate and small i think it needs to be amputated fast .I don,t drive and there,s no vet,s available who do small animals let alone rats .So i think it,s up to me to do something fast .Can someone please help me and tell me what to do .How would i do this ?
Please understand i,m all new to this forum stuff so be patient .

How much swelling, can you see the break? Is the bone coming through the skin?
