So my young boys got neutered yesterday, and they got sewn back up with dissolve-able stitches inside and glue on the outside. I currently have them in a dinky "convalescent cage" apart from the others.

How soon is it safe for them to rejoin the rest of the gang? They like to roughhouse A LOT with the adults, and I'm a bit worried about them pulling out their stitches by accident.

That will depend on the one who was neutered. I had Butter Bean neutered and he was feeling pretty good and rejoined his buddies after a day. But Magnum had a harder time, he didn't rejoin his buddies for at least 3 days.

LOL, during supervised playtime last night, both boys made a beeline for my sole female and attempted to ... show their affection. I guess they're feeling pretty good, but Sophie aimed several ninja kicks at their nether regions so I think I'll wait a couple more days.

If the neuter doesn't take the wind out of their sails...I am sure some well aimed ninja kicks to the nether regions will...LOL
