how much pumpkin seeds and innards can they have?

I want to cut open my pumpkin and let them eat the guts and seeds, but since my rats seem to have no limit to how much they can eat, when should I take the pumpkin away?

I've never really measured but maybe, whatever they will eat in 15 minutes? Mmm, that could be a lot. lol
Gauge accordingly while keeping in mind their stomaches are about the size of a small grape.

too late, they had pumpkin last night
they didn't seem too interested at first, but then they really gorged themselves on the seeds
