How long should the antibiotics take to work?

Scooby is now on two antibiotics after seeing the vet Friday. Baytril and dioxycycline. It's only been a couple days but he's still sneezy, is that normal? The vet said his lungs and breathing are clear and sound great but we may have caught an early infection. Otherwise it could be an allergy, but his skin looks fine and he has no other signs of an allergy. I switched up the bedding and it made no difference... does it take a while for the antibiotics to work?

My Matilda also went to the vet on friday, and also got doxy. and baytril(she has to wait till later today for the doxyciciline, though.). I also changed her bedding, careFRESH, cause I thought that maybe it was irritating to her. She's still sneezy, but it's not getting worse, so I'll let you know if anything changes. I don't think we should worry yet, though. As long as it's not too bad, and it's not getting worse, they're probably working. We should start seeing improvement soon. :]

I got the doxy on tuesday. Its friday, and matilda is a but more active now, and sneezing a tad less. No snot.
