Hormonal Grace- She thinks she is a he-update

I put Cooper and Grace in the big playpen. It was not a match made in heaven LOL He followed her around and she squeaks to tell him to back off. He didnt listen so she got him. He sat there with a broken spirit.

She stomps her feet, rubs her sides on stuff and goes in for the fight. She is something else.

I put grace in his cage, and Cooper in her part of the cage. I have been splitting her up at night to save turtle.

Grace is a small girl, the black one, Cooper is the beige hooded boy who is very large.

Wow. I've had a few girls like Grace. They sure have a strong character for a girl. She's going to be a tough one to place with someone.

Peanut decided he was going to take on Curley today :emb: Really, what was that little boy thinking... I watched the whole thing and told Al to leave them alone!! If little Peanut wanted to instigate a go around w/Curley he deserved what he gets! He decided he was going to "bear hug" Curley around the neck :laugh4: Curley just kind of shook him off then chased him around for awhile..... I put cheerios out on the floor and Curley was having one and Oliver went through the pile and scattered them - well, you don't mess with Curley and his food - so Oliver got a lesson in that too - he got chased around....... until Curley decided he needed to go back to his cheerios!!

Oh she is a total demon lately. I think she is hitting the growing up age, she was very young when she first came here so it is about the right time for her to be a "big" girl now. I tried her with the two pew girls in the bottom part of the cage thinking she never beat them up before, well it took her about 5 minutes then I heard the screams. Then I remembered that I had cooper in her cage so that I could make her get used to it, well it set her in a tizzy. Little brat. I have her alone at night if not You hear screams in the cage all night long. The playpen seems so so but not as bad, plus i want her to have out time.

Marinette was a pita to so i am hoping she will simmer down with some extra work. I am not really hopeful on that though LOL I am just thankful she doesnt bite me.

Vicki boys are horrible for that. They will be such pains in the butts for a while. I find more boy pick on other boys but girls will tend to be just evil for intros longer. The magical fix doesnt work on them at all. Perry and cash go at it all day, but they cuddle and sleep in the same spot they fight in.

I couldn't watch it with sound but she didn't look the worse. Reminds me of one of my girls right now, Lottie, who's also like that during introductions. She's always got there in the end though and ended up being introduced to 9 other ratties. We did try add another two girls recently though and she was having none of it!

She lives with the 8 other girls that some are her babies and one is the other momma. She beats them all up. It is a scream fest and she has been with them since they were born almost and she has always been with the other momma. She is just a little bugger. I just have to move her out to save the handicap babies or they scream from her pinning them and biting them.

Grace is being introduced to my large group. I carted all the rats out and tossed them into the playpen. She isnt as brave when she is outnumbered. I brought out the big dawgs and I am winning She is hiding in the corner and behaving.

I figured out her triggers. She acts out when she get moved. I take her out of the cage and put her in the playpen 2 times a day. It is to much for her. I think she will be ok with the big group she wont have any changes. They dont get pulled out of the cage unless we are doing intros and they have the doors off constantly so she will have constant out time.

That's really good that you figured out her triggers. Hopefully she will settle down somewhere.
