Heavy Breathing w/o Noises/Congestion?

My little Mortimer is about 9 mos old. He's had a chest cold before and just recently had one in which they gave him tetracycline. Now it is about 2-3 weeks later after the last cold and I noticed he is still breathing a bit heavy, as if he was running around. Now, he doesn't seem distressed in any way and is not making any noises or sneezing. Should I be concerned? Thanks.

He needs something stronger than Tetracyclline. Get him some Baytril.

Treatment is usually 6 weeks so symptoms don't return and you will want to check to make sure he isn't under dosed.
For that you will need to know his weight and the strength of the meds.
