This is my Jellybean, having some "breathing" issues (for lack of a better term, as she is not gasping for air nor is there any noise coming from her) She is currently on Enalapril, and I put her on baytril/doxy. She was on furosemide about a week ago, no change. There is also no change since being on Enalapril. Anyone have any suggestions on what this could be, or how else to treat? Thanks in advance.

If there was no change when either enalapril or furosemide were added you might want to ask you vet about taking her off them. The furosemide should be helping if fluid is building up in her lungs.

If you have tried doxy/baytril for several days and it is not working,
you might want to try baytril & azithromycin (10mg to 15mg/Ib twice a day) combo twice a day
or try baytril & clavamox combo twice a day

If neither of those combos of antibiotics clear up the respir infection, you might test dose with enalapril (0.25 mg/Ib, twice a day) again ... to see if there is a heart problem. If enalapril does help, there are 2 to 3 other meds that are added.
