Hi,
How long have the boys been having intro/out time together?
It's important to scrub down the main cage before adding the two boys together. If you can change things around as well, make it seem new to the both of them, that would be ideal.

They have been haveing free time for about a week with them both out at the same time and they seem to be fine and im gunna try that thanks!

I noticed that lone rats are more open to new friends, (well my Jade was).

But I`d still do as jorats said and scrub the cage down before putting them in together.

If you've only been doing intros for a week, I would give them a little more time.

Another thing you can do is swapping fabric from one cage to another to get them used to having the other rat's scent in their space.
