Hampton Roads Rat-Experienced Vet? (Neutering)

I will probably have to do some traveling, but I am looking for a small animal vet that has experience with rats, specifically. I found one vet that seems to be really good, but I was wondering if anyone here in the Hampton Roads area in Virginia might have experience with a particular vet in the area? Especially with neutering? If I have my boys neutered, I want only the best experienced vet... Also, what have other rat owners paid to have one or two males neutered? I know the prices would vary upon location and such, but I'd like just an idea of what other's have paid for neutering to see if I can afford to do them both around the same time.

I think my rat has a couple tumors and I want to get her looked at. Did you ever find a good vet here in HR? Where is the one you mentioned in your post.
