Grunting when sleeping?

My rat is grunting? So my one and a half year old rat grunts when she sleeps not all the time but most of the time and it’s not at the same pace it will go and do one big grunt or like really fast short grunts? I was thinking maybe a respiratory infection but idk because she doesn’t do it all the time today has been the worst day though I clean there cage 2-3 times a week and I don’t use any chemicals or scents?

I will try! Anytime I get near the cage or try to sneak up on her to video it it’s either not load enough or she wakes up
