Eye Problems again!!!

I was wondering if giving my hairless eye drops she was given at teh end of october early november. This is only tell she get to a vet.

You're wondering if the eyedrops are expired? I don't really get the question.

If they were prescribed they would probably have an expiry date on the label somewhere.

i was wondering if it would be ok to give them too her even thought she hasnt been to the vet this time. I think it is a scratch on her eye because she was squinting. I am thinking it is the same thing. She will get to the vet hopefully tomorrow for an eye exam.

What are her symptoms? I believe eye ointment has a long shelf life so it's probably safe if she is showing the exact same symptoms.

Oh okay, I completely misread your first post. I can't imagine that giving the eyedrops in the interim would be a bad thing, and actually might flush out an irritant if that's what's causing the problem.

she is just running around with her right eye squinted... Its the same eye as last time. I am gonna call the vet tomorrow morning and get her in hopefully tomorrow afternoon. She seems to have a bit of phorphryn. She doesnt have an ointment its actuallly drops...Gentamicin Sulfate Ophthalmalic Soulution.

My double rexes always seem to have trouble with their eyes. I use Polysporin eye drops and it works great for me.

So she went to the Vet again.. and another scratched eye. She is on her antibiotics again for a week. Dr. Dennis says if it isnt squinty by next monday.. She is good to go.
