is it possible to give your pet rat a little extra of his medications when they are having a serious flair up? I have made a previous post and still no replies on the whole matter, but is it possible to give maybe a little extra of one of the medications if they are already on multiple twice a day?? I can list all medications if anyone knows. Please please respond. My rat is in serious respiratory distress

IF the doses are already at an effective level, giving more won't help.

Put down your rats antibiotics, concentrations (mg/ml), dose given and his weight then i can double check the effectiveness.

Also what symptoms are you seeing?
