Doxy Dosage, help please

Toby has been on and off Doxy for the past 6 months or so, he has gained a bit of weight, he used to be getting 0.28 mls every 12 hours.

He now weighs 560 grams, so I am wondering how much he should get now?

What is the strength of the doxy?
# mg/ml ?

The dosage is 2.5 mg to 5 mg of doxy/ 454.4 g of rat, twice a day (from rat health care book)

 

20 ml "doxycycline 10 mg/ml suspension (tropical punch)"

so 3 mg to 6 mg of doxy at his weight

At 10 mg/ml that would be 0.3 ml to 0.6 ml of doxy twice a day.
