Does this look like HED?

I find Smokey's back legs have been seeming a little stiff when he walks lately..
What do you guys think?

I wouldn't be concerned yet. It doesn't look like HED. Maybe at the very early stages... Looks more like old man walk. With HED, they can't use their back legs to scratch either.
