Do you bath them after they had lice?

So our girls and boys got their second dose of revolution a few days ago. No one has been itching but I have noticed that Tiberius especially has a lot of eggs or maybe dead lice on him? They're the reddish brown dot type looking things.
I was wondering if it's good for them to have a bath to get any of the dead bugs off them?
What do you guys usually do?

I am not sure what others do but I have not given them a bath after the revolution....

The selamectin absorbs into the body very fast, unlike Ivermectin injectable used topically, which has to be groomed off and ingested. With revolution you can bathe them afterwards. Might help to get rid of the dead buggies and some of the lice nits as well.

cool, I gave Tiberius a bath and there were quite a few dead bugs in the sink. pretty gross. I think we might give everyone a bath...or should I say me lol Ang can't do much with her almost cut off thumb :doh:
