We've all scratched a dog at one time or another and had them kick their leg in ecstasy, but have you ever seen a rat do this? I can't say how long Remmy's been doing it but today the camera was close enough during our cuddles and grooming to grab it. I know that gentle rats will sometimes lick if something hurts but he's a very licky man in the first place who constantly has my fingers in his mouth. The skin isn't red, flaky or inflamed and he doesn't pay special attention to it.

"uhhhh..yeah...um...uhuh...yeah that's The Spot" :laugh4:

they defintely have a spot or several that they love to have scratched. Instead of the hind leg scratch, you may get a rat licking the air if they cannot reach your body parts LOL
