Teddy, is always trying to pull me in his cage everytime I go near it :giggle:
He will pull on my clothes, my hair, my hands, my fingers and my nose.
But he holds on a little too tight & it really hurts, sometime his almost breaks through the skin and he won't let go, unless you stick your head in :giggle:
Is there a way I can teach him not to hold so tight?? he gets so excited when I open the cage doors he is beside himself.

I cannot really help you, but would be curious to see responses to this - my Lili just started doing this a couple of weeks ago (oh wait, that's when I adopted my Cookie and Biscotte...) but I am really wondering whether having 2 new girls in the house is really the cause since she didn't do this when I brought Penelope in...

Our manner of telling a rat that what they are doing is too hard to to make a high pitched "squeak" or "eep", most of them let go or pause with a "WTFhuh?" expression.

Same here lol.

My girls don't try to pull me into the cage (at least, I don't think that's what they're doing...) but they always go right for my fingers when I go up to the cage. They grab and pull, like they think I have a treat for them but as soon as they realize I don't, they'll usually stop.
